REFLEXOLOGY; is the application of appropriate pressures to the legs and feet (or less commonly, the hands or ears) to bring about a physiological and psychological change in the body.

RAINDROP THERAPY (RT); originated by Dr. Gary Young, RT is a non invasive tool for helping to correct defects in the curvature of the spine caused by viruses and bacteria that lie dormant there. It also has been shown to have a positive impact on numerous other health complaints such as bronchitis, colds and flu, and many more. Therapeutic grade Essential oils are applied to the feet and the back using a technique called Vitaflex (similar to reflexology) and Lakota Indian massage techniques. The purpose is to bring electrical alignment to the body. The oils work continue to work in the body for 5-7 days after treatment. RT DOES NOT CLAIM TO CURE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR TRADITIONAL MEDICINE.

HOT STONE MASSAGE; Stone massage is a form of bodywork that involves the application of heated stones to the body during deep tissue massage. Hot Stone therapy benefits include; stimulation of the circulatory system, softening and relaxing of the muscles, release of toxins from the muscles and tissues, deep relaxation, pain relief and muscle spasm relief. In many ways a stone massage session is similar to any other type of massage. The stones are heated (usually to about 130°F or 34°C) prior to the client's arrival. Massage oil is spread on the client's back and legs. The stones are then worked over the body. The client turns over and the process is repeated on the arms, hands, and fingers. The final parts to be massaged are the neck, head, and face. This type of massage is suitable for almost everyone.

REIKI; is a secular (non-religious) enlightenment system and also a healing art. It complements other healing modalities very well and is noninvasive. It is a spiritual system with a side effect of healing energy imbalances. Reiki works with the energy body and can be done with hands on or off. Which works best depends on the individual. The Client always remains fully clothed. The client may lay on a table or sit in a chair whichever is more comfortable. Please know that Reiki is only one of the energy modalities practiced here. If you have an interest in other energy work please ask us.
